Thomas N. Daniels

Thomas, a seasoned Mediator and Dispute Resolution Practitioner specializes in Family, Separation and Divorce Conflicts. His interest in Dispute Resolution sparked in 1978 while deployed to Cyprus with the Canadian Forces as a United Nations Peacekeeper/Observer. In 2002, Thomas participated in the Alberta Justice Court Annex Pilot Small Claims Division Mediation Program and in 2012 participated in the Judiciary of Kenya Court Annex Pilot Mediation Program. Thomas has mediated in both Canada and Kenya. Founder of Daniels Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, he brings practical ADR experience and a strong service-oriented background to the CICR Board.
