Stéphanie Belliard

Stéphanie Belliard-Hogue is an accredited mediator, certified conflict coach, and Third-Party Neutral based in Québec City. Founder of PercoLumen – Conflict Resolution, she brings more than 15 years of federal public service experience in Indigenous and public consultations within environmental impact assessment processes. Trained in law, political science, environmental mediation, and CINERGY™ conflict coaching, she specializes in intercultural and identity-based conflict dynamics in complex environmental, organizational, and territorial settings. Stéphanie works with individuals, teams, and communities to transform conflict into opportunities for clarity and collaboration, and she serves as a lead trainer in CICR’s TPN-2 facilitation module.
