Jean Ogilvie

Jean Ogilvie is a senior leadership development specialist, certified coach, facilitator, and mediator with over 30 years of experience supporting leaders, teams, and organizations in Canada and abroad. Founder of the Aeshna Project and long-time Associate with the Telfer Centre for Executive Programs, she has designed and delivered leadership programs for federal departments, private-sector organizations, and international NGOs. Jean has coached MBA teams at Queen’s University’s Smith School of Business and facilitated initiatives with the UN System Staff College. She holds a Master’s in Communications from McGill University and brings an integral, whole-person approach to leadership development. A long-standing contributor to CICR, she co-developed the facilitation component of the TPN program and currently trains the TPN-2 module in English.
