About the event

“Whenever you interact with people, don't be there primarily as a function or role, but as the field of conscious Presence.” Eckhart Tolle

In this group learning experience, we will explore how our shadow impacts our ability to be fully present and neutral

Together, we will explore strategies and practices that allow us to continuously expand our ability to listen and transform conflict.

You are invited to join from a quiet space ready for reflection, and bring an object that you find grounding.
