CCRO Community of Practice - November 9th - online

On Monday November 9th, CCRO will host an online Community of Practice Role Play Evening, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

A Zoom link will be sent closer to the event date to those who are registered. All CCRO volunteers, CICR members and practitioners are invited to join!

Typical Agenda:

• Evenings begin with introductions and Role Play setups.

• CCRO uses a community mediation model which always includes co-mediators and Role Play participants self-identify whether they want to mediate, act as parties, or be observers for the Role Play.

• Typically, CCRO volunteer mediation coaches observe each Role Play and offer feedback at the end of the session.
