Tejumo Ogouma
Trainer & Practitioner
Tejumo Ogouma is a conflict management practitioner, facilitator, and coach with over 16 years of international and intercultural experience supporting individuals, teams, and organizations working in complex and high-pressure environments. A trainer with the Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution, he currently delivers the TPN2 module in English, bringing a grounded, empathetic, and reflective approach to facilitation with groups in conflict. His practice is informed by extensive work with Global Affairs Canada, where he has served as an Informal Conflict Management Practitioner and, more recently, as Deputy Ombud in the Office of Workplace Well-Being. Prior to this, Tejumo worked across Africa, Asia, and fragile contexts such as Afghanistan and Mali, leading and managing international development initiatives in food security, education, health, and governance. Drawing on mediation, coaching, Nonviolent Communication, and the Right Use of Power framework, he helps parties find common ground, broaden perspectives, and build more resilient, productive, and emotionally sustainable working relationships.
