Her experience includes working in policy analysis, community development, and management, collaborating with various institutional, municipal, and community partners. Known for her excellent communication skills, she excels in facilitating complex problem-solving processes for both small and large groups.


Stephanie has extensive knowledge of poverty, social exclusion, housing, homelessness, HIV/AIDS, and women's rights issues. With over a decade of experience abroad and many travels, she has developed strong adaptability and interpersonal skills.


Her accomplishments include delivering impactful presentations on poverty, co-founding a regional social development coalition, and implementing successful conflict resolution interventions.

In her roles, Stephanie has managed budgets, led teams, coordinated projects, and developed strategic plans. She has also provided guidance to organizational leaders in various conflict situations.
