About the event

CCRO hosts an in-person Community of Practice "Role Evening" in the CICR community room on the third or fourth Thursday of the month from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.

All CICR members and practitioners are invited to join! The evening normally ends between 8:30 and 9 pm. In-person events tend to last longer because they allow participants to mix and mingle : )

Those who RSVP will receive a couple of role-play scripts before the event to decide which role-play they prefer and prepare beforehand.

Typical Agenda:

  • Evenings begin with introductions and role-play setups.

  • CCRO uses a co-mediator model, and participants self-identify whether they want to mediate or act as disputants for the session.
