Pre-requisites: All 3 TPN workshops are pre-requisites to the TPN 4. Building on the learnings from the prior workshops, this 5-day workshop provides participants with the opportunity to review the 10 key principles of an effective conflict resolver. Participants will also practice the processes and techniques acquired in the first 3 workshops and gain feedback from trainers and peers. The co-mediation model will be practiced during interactive roleplays and outside experts are drawn in to share their field experiences working as a Third-Party Neutral.
