Description
Community Conflict Resolution Ottawa offers a 21-hour training (3-day course, usually on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday) at least once each year. The course emphasizes the co-mediation model endorsed by the Ontario Community Mediation Coalition and the steps involved in mediating conflict.
