About the event
Our next CoP will be facilitated by Vern Neufeld Redekop, former CICR president and author of "From Violence to Blessing." It will be a unique opportunity to reflect on your practice and presence during conflict and as a Third-Party Neutral intervener: TPN Reflexivity: Awakening Self-Awareness of Orientation, Identity Narrative, and Practical Wisdom (Applied Spirituality)
As a TPN, who am I in relation to the people in front of me who are in conflict?
What happens when I apply what I have learned about leading a process and about conflict to myself?
What brought me to the present moment, and what is my intention for the current process?
When all hell breaks loose, where do I find the inner strength to proceed with equanimity?
