THIS WORKSHOP WILL BE DELIVERED ONLINE This 1-day interactive training from the Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution (CICR) supports municipal teams in developing the essential mindset and practical skills to respond—rather than react—when interpersonal conflict arises. ​ Municipal teams work at the intersection of change, service delivery, and public engagement. Conflict is a normal part of that work—but how we respond to it makes all the difference. With the right tools and mindset, it can become a pathway to greater trust, stronger collaboration, and more effective service delivery. Led by expert practitioners, this training is grounded in over 35 years of experience supporting governments, frontline staff, and organizations across Canada and abroad.
