Patricia began her mediation practice as a government accredited mediator in 1998. In 2003 she formed her company Minding The Gap Consultants Inc. She enjoys working with Employers and Unions to identify and address the needs of all parties by providing positive and sustainable solutions, developing conflict management strategies and respectful workplaces collaboratively. In addition to workplace assessments, executive coaching and mediation she provides core training of the 4 CICR program modules and enjoys customizing training for organizations. Since 2009 Pat has facilitated restorative justice opportunities for victims and offenders of serious crime. Her education, training and practice in trauma, critical incident stress management and mental health adds to her skills and experience. She holds a Masters Degree in Counseling and a Masters Degree in Communication in Professions and Organizations and has many years experience as an Accredited and Chartered Mediator and as an Accredited Peace Professional.
