Patricia has been a mediator and facilitator for the past 15 years.
As a certified mediator and workplace consultant she provides both formal mediation services and facilitated conversations to a range of clients including for profit, not for profit, institutional and government. She is a graduate of CICR’s 160 hour third party neutral program and since 2010, she has taught all four modules in our partnership with the College of Extended Learning at the University of New Brunswick.
From 1997-98, Pat provided mediation and facilitation services to a Teen and Parent Conflict Resolution Program for the Trail Family and Individual Resource Society helping to bring reconciliation for families and teenagers. From 1998-2003 she was a government certified and court appointed mediator for the Federal and Provincial Justice Project, where she provided mediation, conciliation, referral and short-term counselling for parties referred by the Courts. From 2004 – 2008 Pat worked as a Return to Work Disability Management Facilitator, facilitating a structured program to assist employees and employers in a successful return to the workplace following an extended absence. Since 2008, Pat has worked as an independent mediator, facilitator and conflict resolution trainer.
