Lucie Carle

Lucie Carle, B.B.A., M.Sc., has provided workplace Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services since 1999. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a master’s degree in Industrial Relations and a thesis in informal conflict management.  Ms. Carle delivered services, at all hierarchical levels, in dealing with diverse types of conflicts, including workplace psychological harassment, intrapersonal, interpersonal, interrelation, and task-related types of issues.  Ms. Carle provided ADR services in the public, private, and non-profitable sectors, from initiating and implementing informal conflict management programs, to maintaining ADR operational services in organizations.  Ms. Carle’s expertise extends from a wide range of services, including: Consultation, Mediation, Conflict Management Coaching, and Group Interventions. She is renowned to hold a safe platform proven to be conducive to dialogue and mutually satisfying agreements.  Being a proponent of peace in the workplace, ADR services are her contribution to industrial democracy.
