Lucie Carle, B.B.A., M.Sc., has provided workplace Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services since 1999. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a master’s degree in Industrial Relations and a thesis in informal conflict management. Ms. Carle provided ADR services in the public, private, and non-profitable sectors, from initiating and implementing informal conflict management programs, to maintaining ADR operational services in organizations.
