Discount Requirements: Students (Proof of Registration) and Not-for-profit Organization (Proof of employment with a Not-for-profit and its CRA Registration Number). After you complete the registration form, please provide your student transcript or CRA registration number (for not-for-profits) to info@cicr-icrc.ca.

Please note: As of July 1, 2017 all registration payments must be made online in order to secure your spot in the training. Phone registrations will no longer be accepted without immediate payment by credit card.

Modifications, Changes and Cancellations: Modifications and changes to the dates initially selected are subject to the following fees:

  • A participant can reschedule a training 11 calendar days or more before the first day of the course: no charge applicable
  • A participant can cancel a training 11 calendar days or more before the first day of the course: a $25 fee applies
  • Changes or cancellations done to the original selection between 10 calendar days and up to 5 before the first day of the course: 25% of the course cost (with HST) + $25 fee
  • Changes or cancellations done to the original selection between 5 days and the first day of the course: 50% of the course cost (with HST) + $25 fee
  • "No shows" and participants who withdraw during the training: Full payment is required + $25 fee
