Fluently bilingual and a highly competent and innovative professional with keen analytical skills, Pauline completed the Third Party Neutral program in 2006. In December 2007, she developed and delivered a 2 day mediation course, facilitated community groups and has co-trained TPN 2 – Developing Facilitation Skills of Groups in Conflict and TPN 3 – Developing Mediation Skills since 2007.
With over twenty five years experience in facilitation, training and consulting, Pauline has designed and taught workshops such as: conflict resolution, negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills, train the trainer, supervisory skills, team work, effective communication skills, coaching and orientation, moderating a conference, total quality management including ISO 9000. She also provides one-on-one coaching sessions for supervisors and executives as well as interventions to organizations that want to develop or improve teamwork.
Pauline holds a Bachelor of Administration from University of Ottawa and is a certified Quality Auditor from the National Quality Institute (NQI) and Reflexologist from Reflexology Association of Canada.
