Marc R. Soulière

Marc R. Soulière, President of Marc R. Soulière and Associates Inc. Trainer and co-trainer of our Third Party Neutral Program.

Fluently bilingual, Marc has been co-delivering TPN 4 – Principes, pratique et Réflexions since 2003. Over the years he delivered TPN 1 – Becoming a Third Party Neutral in both languages, co-trained TPN 2 – Developing Facilitation Skills of Groups in Conflict and delivered a 5 day Intentional Mediation course in 2007. Marc has also developed and delivered customized workshops for various clients.

With 15 years in conflict resolution, Marc specializes in Workplace, family and commercial mediation; group analysis; group facilitation and intervention; course development and training in conflict resolution, supervision and interpersonal relations; and Executive coaching. Prior to CICR Marc was the Director of the Office of Dispute Management at the Canada Revenue Agency, coach in mediation training with the University of Windsor, was Head of Staff Relations, Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions. He also volunteers as a Director of the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.

Marc is an accredited practitioner and Educator form the Association of Conflict Resolution.
