Don DeGenova

Don DeGenova, observer, co-Trainer and trainer.

Don completed our Third Party Neutral program in 2005 and began observing in 2006. In 2005 Don helped develop and deliver the Sioux Lookout REsolve community conflict resolution program.  He co-trained TPN 1 – Becoming a Third Party Neutral to the Lac Seul First Nation and co-trained conflict resolution and aboriginal culture awareness training for Meno Ya Win Hospital.

Don has been in the field of conflict resolution for 4 years. Prior to CICR Don worked with Lac Seul First Nations, Deer Lake First Nations and the Northern Nishnawbee Education Council as a facilitator, team builder, manager skills trainer and strategic planner. Don was also the Vice-President of Business Development and Strategic Alliances for DMTI Spatial.

Don holds a Masters Economic Geography from the University of Ottawa.
