Trainers and Observers

 

All of CICR’s trainers are active practitioners in the conflict resolution field. Each one brings excellent adult training skills, an intimate knowledge and understanding of the technical skills required, and credible experience as a practitioner to the classroom to help participants practice and acquire key third-party neutral principles and competencies. Observers in CICR’s training play a key role. They are the extra eyes and ears of the trainer, ensuring that the training pace and all other aspects of the training experience are working for the participants. They also provide invaluable feedback to the trainer to ensure necessary adjustments are made along the way. Observers are all 160-hour graduates and often have practitioner experience as well.
