The Institute wishes to acknowledge all those who, over the years, have contributed by their spirit and their efforts to the development and the dissemination of better conflict resolution processes and tools. It is our hope that the skills acquired by those who have taken TPN training can help foster a more harmonious and peaceful world.
The Institute also wants to express its sincere gratitude to Saint Paul University for the on-going support and generous patronage since the CICR was founded in 1988.
TPN Program
Naming the people who have been instrumental in the development of our TPN program would put as at great risk of omitting people who have made significant contributions over the years. CICR extends deep appreciation to its trainers and other stakeholders who have participated, and continue to do so, to the development and enhancement of the Institute’s training processes and materials.
Seminar Series
The current series integrates the work of Vern Neufeld Redekop, Ph.D. with the academic, community and workplace experiences of Shirley Paré, CD, MA, MPA and Esther van Gennip, CMed. It is based on Dr. Redekop's foundational work that was presented in the original CICR Seminars.
Advanced Mediation
CICR extends its thanks and appreciation to Nicole Charron and Esther vanGennip for the development of the “Intentional Mediation” program and to Marc Souliere who assisted with the piloting and fine-tuning of this course.
