CICR has a list of qualified mediators and facilitators that are available to support you in dealing with any interpersonal or group conflicts and/or to facilitate your group processes.  

• We provide you with a list of mediators or facilitators and allow you to choose one that you are most comfortable with.  
• You make all of the financial and other arrangements directly with them.
