CICR and the Association of Mediators of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), have trained some 180 judges and lawyers in Serbia and Montenegro in basic, and 120 in advanced, mediation, with CIDA funding, through a trust fund arrangement with the International Finance Corporation (IFC). Through this project, Vesna Markovic of CICR and Obren Buzanin from the AoM of BiH also provided advisory services to the court-referred mediation pilot in the Second Municipal Court in Belgrade.
